We're gonna feature Jimmy from King Heroes. Come on up, 2:51 Jimmy. I warned him ahead of time. He's going to have to come up front. 2:56 Come on up. You know, Jimmy is not one for the spotlight, but this is called the community spotlight, so this is your 3:04 turn to shine. Um, come on up. You can just stand right 3:13 next to me. So, many of you in this room probably know who this is, but if you don't know, it's Jimmy. I don't even 3:21 want to try and pronounce your last name because I'll probably mess it up. Jimmy the Greek. 3:25 Jimmy the Greek. There we go. Uh Jimmy is the owner, founder of Kingos. 3:32 Um and really just wanted to celebrate you. I've been trying to get Jimmy in here for a couple months and uh just busy, a lot of things going on, but it's 3:40 perfect timing because he's recently celebrated 35 years um with King Euros or as the owner of 3:48 King Geros. And most people may not know this, but it's a locallyowned business. It's not some corporateowned franchise. 3:56 Um, but I just wanted to share some words real quick. Uh, so for more than three decades, Jimmy has been more than a business owner in Marian. He's been a 4:05 community builder. As the owner of Kingos for 35 years, Jimmy has created a local landmark that represents more than 4:14 just great food. His restaurant has become a gathering place for families, friends, and neighbors, and a spot where memories are made over plates of gerros, 4:23 fries, just all sorts of hometown hospitality. 4:27 Um Jimmy's impact goes far beyond the walls of his restaurant. He is consistently supported um just community stuff, community events, and then never 4:35 had never hesitated to to give back uh to those who support his business. So whether it's through um sponsorships or 4:43 just kind words or just offering people jobs that maybe normally wouldn't be able to get a job, um Jimmy's 4:50 demonstrated what it means to be both a successful business owner, a good neighbor, and a a good boss. Uh what 4:58 makes Jimmy truly stand out is his consistency and his dedication. Uh and an age where there's a lot of small businesses or we'll say small restaurants that struggle to stay open. 5:09 Uh how many times do we see a business open and then a couple years later they just they don't get the support and they can't stay open. Um King Heroes has 5:17 remained a steady presence for 35 years and counting. So and thanks to Jimmy's commitment to really quality food, 5:25 personal service, keeping the prices good, the portions high, but uh really it's just the environment that you provide and the environment you provide 5:34 for your employees. I know a little bit about uh your business through some friends and people that have worked 5:39 there. And uh Jimmy is just so generous to his employees and letting people come back and work for him and meeting people 5:49 where they're at in their life and giving them an opportunity to work and provide for their families even maybe 5:56 when other people wouldn't. And that says a lot uh about your character. Uh Jimmy's friendly personality and hard 6:04 work have earned him the respect and gratitude of the community. His restaurant is not just a place to eat. 6:10 It's a part of Marin's story. It's woven into daily lives, daily lunch breaks, and those who call this city home. And 6:18 so through his food and generosity and presence, Jimmy has shown that local businesses can do more than just serve 6:25 customers. They can truly strengthen the fabric of a community. and this community is so desperately needed and wanted that and you've provided a lot of 6:33 that. So after 35 years of dedication, Jimmy's legacy is clear that King Hero is more than just a restaurant. It's 6:40 really just a symbol of what happens when the passion for people and pride and service really unite and come 6:48 together. And so we just want to say thank you for 35 years of just providing a good meal because as we know a lot of 6:56 uh you know a lot of love and conversations happen over food, right? 7:01 That's where a lot of us meet and get to know each other and you've provided that for 35 years in this community and chose to stay in this 7:09 community for 35 years. you've probably seen a lot of changes in this community up and down all around and um you've 7:17 been a constant presence. So, congratulations on 35 years. This picture that is on here um it's just 7:24 it's amazing that that's just his personality. Like, here you go. I'm open for business. I got great food. Come on in and I'll take good care of you. 7:33 My daughter's wedding. 7:34 Yeah. Yeah. I heard that's it's kind of who I might have got that picture from, too, is maybe some family members. So 7:41 yeah. So uh Jimmy, is there anything you'd want to say? 7:44 Well, I want to thank the community. So thankful that the community thanking me, but without the community, I couldn't do 7:51 nothing. You know, the community has been very very good to me, very supportive, and I'm very very grateful 7:58 and thankful, you know. He was talking about employees, you know, might provide them jobs, this and that. But those youngsters, you know, them young girls, the boys without them would be nowhere. 8:10 You know, for a lot of them were their first job. But the same rules, the same principles all through life. Got to show up to work on time. You got to look 8:19 good. You got to do a good job. You got to get along with your co-workers. So, I got to do it's okay. It's the same the same principles. 8:27 Thankful to a lot of good customers like Dave over there. go back many many years plus others. 8:34 Yeah. Councilman. 9:00 Yeah, I I've known Jimmy for a long time, too. Way back to the fire department, and he was always good to the firefighters, but it wasn't just I 9:07 mean, he's good to everybody. I've seen this man, the kindness of his heart, the things that he has done, and it's amazing. And 35 years, so I've been going there since I was five, obviously. 9:16 So, we What the heck was that all about? 9:20 Anyway, uh but thank you, Jimmy, for everything. And and I love you, buddy. 9:25 And you're you're a great great business owner in this town. Okay, thank you. 9:31 There's no way you can sum up 35 years in in a couple minutes at a meeting, but um you know, people might be watching at 9:38 home or see a video of this and go, "Oh, that's the guy behind King Heroes. We love that place." And no matter what you 9:46 get to eat there, it's phenomenal and it's big portions. Yeah. 9:50 Uh I've never had in there where I thought, I'm not sure about this. No, everything I eat there is to die for. 9:56 And uh and not only that, but he does catering. I mean, he's done catering for a long time. He not just operates the business inside the walls, but he does a lot of catering outside the walls. 10:06 Probably done many weddings and corporate events, special events. Quite a few for the city, too. 10:10 Yeah. For the city as well. So, uh fire department, city itself, police department, sheriff's department, 10:18 probably everybody in 35 years. I imagine there's no place in Mar we haven't been. 10:22 Yeah. That's probably why you're still here. 10:25 Thank People want you and they want you to come back and so it's not just your food, but it's just how you treat people and we uh we can't say enough about how 10:32 much we appreciate that. I I would be remiss if I didn't share my my points. uh spent a 10:45 lot of years knowing knowing Jimmy and we go we go way way back and know his family and and uh the kids probably 10:53 don't remember this but uh took them on my boat out on the reservoir and had a great time with them and and u many many 11:03 a time we've we've uh solved the city problems uh discussing it over a a plate 11:10 full of ribs uh late at night and uh spent a lot of lot of hours there uh discussing uh discussing life, 11:19 discussing city business and and uh just you're a great friend and and appreciate it and many more years of success. 11:27 Jimmy. 11:30 All right. Jimmy, uh whether it's uh noon or uh 7 o'clock in the evening, uh our 11:39 radio station used to be right uh north of you and when I would come by uh your restaurant on the evenings, it was 11:48 always standing room only. So I say congratulations for 35 great years and continued great uh service to our community. Thank you so much. 12:00 35 cents coffee through the month of September. Oh, there you go. Rose, Kadina, where are you? Rose, come all the way up. You've been through enough of these. You know the drill. 14:01 I'll let her get up here. 14:05 So, this was an easy easy city employees spotlight. They're all easy, but uh Rose 14:12 has been to a lot of meetings. Um always involved with something somewhere for 14:19 the city, the the entertainment and the parks of the city. But Rose, first of all, how long have you been with the city? 18 years. 14:26 18 years. I knew it was close to 20. Um, but Rose has done a wonderful job. So, you're kind of uh you're the parks 14:34 office manager currently. And then with this little bit of reorg, you're shifting into a different role next year or a different title. 14:43 Park director. 14:43 Park director, which let's be honest, we pretty much kind of been the park director mostly. Um but she's assuming a 14:51 new role next year as parks director. Um but Rose has done a phenomenal job. So she has an amazing team behind her. But 15:00 if you see any events going on at the parks, um the clean the the cleaning of the parks, she has worked hand inand 15:08 with city maintenance, with her team, and just putting a wonderful environment together for our parks. I mean, everyone 15:17 knows about Mod Park, but we have a lot of other parks that that she oversees as well. Um, but just M Park alone um is 15:26 just a shining part of the city and Rose plays a vital part in that. Any of these holidays that we have down there, 15:32 whether it's um the upcoming like fall festival, any of those types of festivals we have, Rose is right there, 15:41 right behind it. And uh there is a lot of moving parts. Um there's a lot of coordination that takes a lot of phone calls and a lot of patience. And Rose 15:50 has done a phenomenal job with that. Uh her leadership continues to positively impact Marian's quality of life because 15:58 our parks, entertainment, all of that improves our quality of life. So, uh Rose, we just really really appreciate 16:05 your 18 years of service. um could say a lot lot more, but I wanted to open it up for any other council members or for you if you'd like to share anything. 16:14 I would just like to say thank you mostly to my husband who uh through 18 years has supported me and probably been at just as many events as I have been 16:23 and um all the hours that I take away from our family even in the evening time. Um sometimes it's not easy but we 16:31 get through it. Um and I just thank everybody for support throughout the year throughout different administrations. 16:38 I still very much enjoy my job and I very much look forward to moving into my new position. 16:44 Well, we're excited for you. Some people not realize, but she has a parks board as well that she has to kind of report 16:52 to or work with, let alone the council, the mayor. Uh, Walkway of Lights, which has its own board. So, there's a lot of 17:00 different entities that requires patience, consistency, and working well with others. So, Uh, Rose, there's a 17:07 reason you're still here, 18 years strong, and we think you've done a phenomenal job um, in what you do, and looking forward to see you transition 17:14 into that new role next year, and uh, really taking our parks and mixed with 17:22 your vision, the mayor's vision, the rest of the the council's vision, and just really upping the game for the quality of life for the city. Um, you 17:30 know, projects that are currently in the mix, skate park and all that. Rose, uh, I can speak for myself that she's been 17:37 supportive of it and helpful and I can't thank you enough for that and just anything I need, any resources or getting on the parks agenda, anything 17:45 like that? Uh, Rose has been very, very helpful and open to uh, facilitating things. So, any other council members want to share anything about Rose? 17:55 Yep. Council member Bunner, I have the honor of serving on the park board. Uh and uh Rose is just outstanding to work with. Uh she even 18:04 went out and tried to play some pickle ball and uh I was amazed as she is walking as well as she is. We were glad 18:11 to have her on the radio station the other day and she just does a wonderful job. So thank you, Rose, for what you do for the park board. 18:20 Thank you so much, Councilman Brener. 18:21 Appreciate that. All right. Uh if go ahead, Councilman Calgill. 18:26 Yeah, I just, you know, Rose is a delight. I mean, I we're up here at city hall all the time and she has always just got that smile on our face and 18:34 anything we've ever asked, she just doesn't know the word no. Well, she probably does her husband, I'm sure, but to everybody else, she doesn't. And 18:43 she's just I mean, just constant hard worker and if something needs done, she'll find a way to get it done. 18:51 Yeah. And to add to that, I do know like she will give up vacations time, PTO, whatever 18:59 you call it, acrude time just to make sure events are happening. Um, a lot of I mean, so she's got to be in the office during the day, but then a lot of the office happen on events happen on the 19:08 evening and the weekends. And so there's a lot of sacrifice there and it doesn't go unnoticed. And I just want the residents and the the people that use 19:17 our parks to understand u how good we have it with Rose and her entire team. 19:24 Um you just I know you guys all just really bond well and work well and that's half the battle there and but that speaks to you as well. Um somebody 19:33 that your team can work together with and work as a team. So we appreciate it. They had a record set for breakfast served at the flyin cruise in this year. They had 22:13 about 3,700 and uh there were about 150 160 airport 22:21 airplanes that participated. They didn't get a a exact count on the cars and they 22:29 also construction plans and the specifications for a partial parallel 22:35 taxiway toward runway 33. They approved that and uh final request for 22:42 reimbursement should come in sep Oh, no, no, no. I read that wrong. I I apologize. I'm reading from my notes. um 22:52 the progress on the construction plans are going to be ready for bidding in the spring. 22:58 And then number three, the board approved payment for the design work of the fuel farm which the we cont helped 23:06 contributed to and to execute the construction contracts for that for both the jet fuel and the low projects and 23:15 the total for everything that was approved was a1,420,150. 23:23 And thank you. Uh they uh approved the equipment purchase for the building department, which is uh 24:09 the new vehicle with the chipper attachment to it, chipper bed, whatever that's called. Um and then there were 24:17 two properties that the city owned that were sold to the adjoining property owners. one at 1014 South Branson and 24:25 one at 1620 West 2nd Street. Um, and then they had a gentleman, a citizen, come up and talk with them about uh the 24:34 process that they're working on for demolition of houses and to get some status updates. General Ordinance 18, 2025, City of Marian Redevelopment Authority, second reading and public hearing. 24:59 An ordinance of the common council of the city of Marian, Indiana, establishing the city of Marian redevelopment authority. Indiana Code 25:06 section 36714.5 authorizes the city council of the city of Mary, Indiana to create a redevelopment authority in order to 25:14 pursue the public purposes of the redevelopment authority act including without limitation financing local public improvements for lease to the 25:22 city of Marian redevelopment commission and to issue bonds payable from lease rentals. Speaking mayor Ronald Morell. 25:28 Uh good evening council. I'm um filling in for Bonso Thumburn tonight. they um all had somewhere else to be. So, I'm going to be um pinch hitting on that, 25:36 but I'm prepared. So, if you have any questions for me regarding the redevelopment authority, um I like to have those at this time. Thank you. 25:44 All right. Thank you, mayor. Uh so, if there's any questions from council members, we'll do that and then go to the public uh public hearing. Councilman Klein. 25:52 Well, since you're pinch hitting for Barn for the lawyer guys, would and it's a public hearing. Would you go over what 26:00 this is, what it would do, and why you think it should be done just for folks here who may not quite have a grasp? 26:10 Sure. Um, in the simplest form, the redevelopment authority is a little brother of the redevelopment commission. 26:14 And what this allows for us to do is um perform projects for perform projects with revenue that we have that is 26:22 outside our um constitutional debt limit. So our constitutional debt limit is set at 2%. So for example um Marian 26:29 is about 6 million and some change and once we build the fire station that's completely gone. So once we um now we 26:37 have additional revenues and for example the food and beverage tax specifically um if we want to do more projects we do not um under state law we we don't have 26:45 the ability to to spend those fund or borrow against those funds. So setting up the redevelopment authority allows for us to be able to borrow against 26:53 those funds to be able to perform some of the um additional projects that we pass the food and beverage tax for. So currently what we're what was being 27:00 proposed tonight is not an action to um use any funds or anything. This is just giving us an additional tool in our tool bag in the future in the future in case we do want to use it for something. 27:14 Any other council members with question before we go to public hearing? 27:20 All right. So, um, the the only thing that I have a problem with on this is is it says that in order to 27:53 pursue the public process of the act, including without limitation financing local public improvements for lease to 28:01 the city and Marian redevelopment commission. Um, I I guess I didn't realize that you were going to use the food and beverage tax for the redevelopment commission. 28:12 Um the redevel So the food I thought I thought the redevelopment commission worked off TIF. 28:18 Sure. So the redevelopment commission can use um TIFF funds. So what we're the food the food and beverage tax revenue 28:24 um in and of itself can is not um can't perform the projects that we passed it for. So for example um Ballard Field 28:34 that we're looking to do the the sports u remodeling for. In order to use that revenue, uh, we have to be able to use have a procurement method to borrow 28:42 against that money. And in order for us to do that, we have to set up this redevelopment authority, which then flows through obviously the re redevelopment commission as well as the 28:50 redevelop I mean as the city council. So um the creation of the redevelopment authority isn't a um a guarantee that we're going to do for anything like 28:58 that. The same isn't a guarantee of anything. So we still have to do additional processes to be able to use those funds. But the food and beverage tax in and of itself is just is just 29:07 revenue unless we have a a procurement method so which we can use it to borrow against. 29:13 Okay. So, uh correct me if I'm wrong, but so you've hit your limit on your major capacity to 29:21 bond through the estimated amount of tiff funds that we're going to get through the redevelopment commission to be able to bond projects or spend money. 29:30 Yes. So, um, the redevelopment commission has the ability by law to spend up to $5 million without coming to the city council. So, um, our us doing 29:39 the fire station was the maximum of our redevelopment commission borrowing capacity under state law. So, in order 29:47 to, um, borrow any additional funds, even though we have the revenue to support it, you have to create what this is a redevelopment authority. 29:54 How much how much uh, tiff additional funds are going to be available? 30:00 Um, I don't have all those all those funds right in front of me, but they they uh they break down over over the next um 30 or so years and the um I can 30:08 forward those to you. That beggar Tilly has done a great job on that. But it's um it's fairly healthy and I would say in excess of all the projects that we've 30:16 already done um we still are are netting north of $2 million a year to be able to use for projects. But I I don't want to 30:24 don't quote me on that exact number because it's it's give or take a few hundred thousand either way. But I'll send you that full breakdown of our um yearly available revenues through TIFF. 30:33 Okay. Thank you. Any other council members? 30:44 Council Klein? 30:46 I admittedly have maybe some would say a simplistic view of this 30:53 if but it it to me it's akin to if we in our house have hit our have maxed out our credit cards it's 31:02 kind of to me the same idea of we're going to create a straw man so we can borrow more money and I just I think we 31:13 should be better and I know you had that this would go for great and wonderful things. I hate debt and um 31:22 I just can't see that this is something we should be doing and I thank you 31:30 any other council members Mr. President. Go ahead. 31:38 I am in favor of this. this this does create another tool in our tool bag that 31:45 we can pull the trigger on if needed. Um 31:52 the history of the 2% mayor if you would remind me of how that 32:01 took place. I know they explained that to us last meeting. explain that once again to us if you remember that that scenario that it was the limit was 2%. 32:14 I'll take I'll take a shot at the lawyers are way more educated on me than that, but it was in the 1800s that Indiana set this um uh this uh this debt 32:22 limit. I think it was in in response to the everyone was building the um the canals. They were building the canals and obviously Indiana went pretty crazy 32:30 with it and it didn't work. So we um they set this debt day li uh this debt limit over 100 years ago and then the 32:38 state legislature realized that legislature realized this was something that needed to be dealt with without going in and actually changing the whole entire constitution which if you've ever 32:46 been a part of that that's really cumbersome. They just added uh this this uh this amendment if you will to be able to allow for cities to be able to 32:55 exercise um additional debt through the redevelopment authority. Thank you for refreshing my memory on that. So in in 33:03 reality, this is an antiquated law that um limits us to uh 2% 33:14 of our revenue. Uh and most cities our size have this tool in 33:23 their tool bag at this point. Am I not right? Yeah, we would be one of the the lawyers had the exact um cities on this, but we were one of the we would be one 33:31 of the last cities in the state of Indiana to implement it. Thank you. 33:38 I will add this. The creation of this isn't automatically just increasing debt. It's just a tool 33:47 um to allow us, but projects still have to get approved, have to go through the council, the redevelopment commission, whatever entity responsible. So there's 33:56 still oversight. This is just um so projects still get evaluated on their own merit. This just allows us to 34:04 actually look at the project and not being our hands tied and going, "Well, we uh we're all we're all project out. 34:13 We don't have any capacity." Uh and there's a reason that this was created a long time ago um because of that 34:20 constitutional limit. And what I've been told and maybe he said at the last meeting too is that this was an easier thing for the state to pass than to try and redo the constitution essentially. 34:30 Times have changed. You know, that was over a hundred years ago. And um you know, this is a very very common tool to 34:38 improve um public facilities, infrastructure, and um I think this is the path forward 34:47 for Marian. I think it's a good option to have. Um we don't want to have our hands tied on um we don't want to slow 34:55 the growth that that we're already experiencing. We want all the tools at our disposal and not have our hands tied. Any other council members? 35:05 Uh vice president for ice. 35:08 And I agree with uh with everything that uh all the council 35:14 people are saying and I I do relish the fact that it's an additional tool. My only contention is is in the 35:24 ordinance it says without limitation and I understand the constitution 35:32 states in there to 2% which we're capped at 5 million. That's the only thing that's really bothering me in this ordinance. It says without limitation. 35:40 So to me, if I'm reading that correct, that means that you could just go until you're out of money. 35:50 So I mean, that's the only thing that's holding me back on this is I understand the logistics of it, but in the ordinance with it stating without 35:58 limitation. So there is no limitation on financing local public improvements for lease to the city of Marian redevelopment. That's the only thing 36:07 that's holding me back on this. I think that we should have a limitation with the amount of funds that we're going to have coming in and with the food and 36:15 beverage tax. So, I would feel more comfortable if there was a limitation on this. Uh if you if you want to, you 36:23 know, put something in there with the funds that we've got that we know that are coming in to be able to pay for these projects. Um but even with the 36:31 Food and Beverage Administration, that's that's going to be a variable. We don't know what it's going to be year to year, anything like that. So, that's the only issue that I have with this. Thank you. 36:42 Go ahead, Mayor. 36:42 If I'm I may I mean, I'm sure this is just a regurgitation what's actually in the state um code for this um for without limitation. But speaking on 36:50 that, there are several layers of accountability and limitations. For one, all nine of you have to approve it. And then second of all, when we go to the bond market, these banks aren't going to 36:59 lend us money that we don't have the capacity to pay back. So, just like we just completed with the fire station, it was a very extensive um dare I say 37:09 invasive pro process to be able to get the money to build to build that. So, um even if even if it said we can borrow $700 million, nobody's going to lend us 37:18 that if we don't have the capacity to be able to pay that back. And there's a lot of different checks and balances or you all the redevelopment commission as well as the the bankers and the bond market 37:25 that analyze um each and every time we make a ask for something. 37:31 Yeah. And just for clarity, I mean this this ordinance just allows us to create it. The governance and how the RDA 37:41 operates is set by state statute, which is the 36714.5. 37:46 So if the legislature changes it next year, then we have to follow that. This simply just lets us create it. And I think that's up for interpretation when 37:54 you say without limitation. I read it as with without limitation on the type of project too you know whereas say the um 38:04 food and beverage tax we can only use it for certain types of projects this RDA I interpret that as allows us to use it 38:11 for whatever public infrastructure project we would like and I don't the debt limit and all that that is 38:18 definitely as the mayor said you know that the banks are going to tell us and again it comes back to every project 38:24 still has to go through um the proper governance whether it's the redevelopment commission or the city council and so at the end of the day as 38:33 the fiscal um body it is going to come down to us whether we should approve a project and know our debt limits at that 38:40 time as well. Uh city court proceedings uh are typically on uh Mondays and Thursdays at 1:30. we start 46:17 earlier uh once every in a great while, but the Thursday Thursday at 1:30 is when we do trials and then things are a little more interesting. My absolute hope is that we can come back next year and give those set percentage 1:00:00 raises. Um, and if possible, I mean, I'm just speaking for myself, to not only give them a raise next year if we're 1:00:08 able to, but also adjust it um, with inflation based on this year as well. 1:00:14 So, I just want that to be on public record that this bonus is not a way to get around raises. It's just we're 1:00:22 asking to give us six months to 12 months to kind of see where the dust settles and be able to 1:00:32 long-term give the appropriate raises and make our salaries for police and fire more and more competitive along in 1:00:40 alignment with communities uh that surround us. So, uh obviously, you know, we all we we passed the um the riverfront um district last 1:06:51 year and we've seen success thus far through um Losam Mores and and Obies. 1:06:56 So, this will be one of the um a new addition for us, which is it conquers multiple things at once. First of all, it's taking the blighted property and making it beautiful again. And it's it's 1:07:05 us um encouraging local businesses to invest in the city of Marian. It also is filling one of the gaps that we have in the city uh entertainment and and quite 1:07:13 frankly this good food. So um what this obviously we've been through this process a few times. So I've okay to my end we need you guys to pass a 1:07:21 resolution and from there it goes to the state of Indiana and they do their thing and it comes back. So, um, but I don't want to take all the thunder because the owners of the, uh, the new establishment 1:07:30 are here tonight. And I, I believe they can share with you when the the, um, the groundbreaking is as well, which is coming up here in the next month. It's kind of took us a few months to kind of get to where 1:08:25 we're at, but uh, we're almost kind of there at the closing process, but, uh, just seeking the liquor license and kind of things like that to 1:08:33 just add some more to, uh, to what we're trying to do over here. 1:08:37 I'm sure everybody's familiar with the old go-kart track that has been waiting for someone to take over, right? And so, 1:08:46 we have provided our concept plan, of course, and working finalizing things. 1:08:52 Um we are about two weeks away from signing final paperwork, starting construction. 1:09:01 Um the groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled um October the 11th. So we're getting very close to um groundbreaking 1:09:11 starting. Uh we are working on a schedule currently. We expect I would like to be open at the end of the year. 1:09:17 That's very hopeful. But um I I feel like maybe after the first year. So that kind of give you a time frame of what we're looking at. 1:09:27 Thank you so much. So I mean I've seen the Smash and Dash um food truck. We use, actually, our 1:10:22 meat comes from Horners, all obviously a local butcher block from around here. 1:10:26 Use fresh, you know, never frozen beef, that kind of thing. We also do gourmet kind of grilled cheeses as well. So, just a little extra spice to things. So, 1:10:35 just something different. He skipped the important one that we have a donut hamburger smashburger that everybody is, 1:10:41 you know, thrilled about that. So that's one of the angles that we tried to take on something that was normal that people 1:10:49 was familiar with, but then add a twist to it, which we intend on implementing here. Um, not only are we going to have 1:10:58 the go-kart track, but we're also going to have duck pin bowling and a sports simulator. It's a small arcade games 1:11:05 pool table. So, we do want to keep it more familyfriendly. So, we don't anticipate being a nightclub. You know, 1:11:13 I know that we are asking for, you know, a liquor license here, but as far as um that goes, I want to make that clear that still wants to be a family 1:11:21 atmosphere.
