Proud IU law. Go Hoosiers. Happy 2026. Good to see you guys. 16:10 Shiny faces here. Put that in the record. 16:13 Uh, well, I I wore a tie today and you know was up late last night watching that game, trying not to kid the kids up. 16:24 Second to one on a a bad offsides call. I thought that was basically the end. 16:30 So, um yeah, anyways, the uh conflict of interest is the standard form. This is our third year of of me filing that. Um 16:38 as you know, I'm part owner in Grant County Abstract. Uh and from time to time, we um order title work there. 16:46 building department may order title work from there. Uh promply for uh probably the unsafe structures. So Jerry's team may order stuff from time to time there. 16:54 So law says that you if you have any kind of peculiary interest uh that you make that you're aware so the mayor's aware of that has been from um from the 17:02 very beginning and signed off on that but then as precautionary measure we bring it here and we file that with gateway at the first of every year. So 17:09 you're going to see my bright shiny face hopefully um you know in pertu at least as long as I'm corporate 17:17 counsel. So happy to take any questions you guys may have. 17:23 Any questions from we don't vote on this I it's just he's letting us be aware of it. So yeah fiscal body and technically things 17:32 do kind of flow through here. So any questions? Nope. Thank you, Mike. Appreciate it. 17:40 Bench, you want to talk about the game? I'm I'm pretty my own color commentary. 17:45 Brunner's probably more versed than that, though. 17:47 It just took about five years off my life, man. I I like that. Wait till the last second like that. But what a game. 17:52 I'm very happy. We uh my my wife's family is a huge Purdue family, and I'm just I'm been in a closet just I'm so 17:59 glad to be out in the open now just to just to rub it in their face and it's just crazy. Did you notice who was standing on the sidelines yesterday watching the game? 18:10 Oh, there's Tom Brady. 18:10 He's got seven Super Bowl rings. Tom Brady. Tom Brady. 18:13 He was looking at his guess which team he has the major uh majority ownership of. 18:19 The team where the quarterback is now going, which will be the LA Raiders. And I'm not shocked if the coach 18:27 from IU goes in there, too. That's that would be a heck of a loss for Indiana. 18:32 But that could happen real easy. We'll just pay him more. 18:34 Yeah, because he he may want to coach that guy for the next 10 years. 18:38 Yeah, I can see why. What a runner. So, thank you, Michael. 18:41 Thank you. Y thanks. 18:43 Um the as far as announcements go, I do have one announcement just and she just made me aware of this just not that long 18:50 ago. Uh Shelley Jones, we put her on the visitors bureau u was our appointee. 18:57 She has to resign from that position for that's for personal reasons. Um, so we're going to have to get in the works 19:06 of reappointing somebody else. So, anybody know anybody interested? We'll we'll start that process, Aisha, but 19:13 we'll have to so everybody's aware that she is resigned from that board as well. 19:18 Are we going to advertise that, I presume? 19:20 Yeah, we'll have to. Yeah, I just uh I do know there were other applicants that we looked at, so I'm sure we need to post it, but it might be wise to pull those old applicants and contact them. 19:31 Yeah. Give another shot. Okay. 19:34 Is there any other announcements from anybody? 19:39 Huh? 20 after seven, Nick. Well, that's funny. Anyway, um Okay. Uh meeting Joured, it's cuz I'm getting I got things done, Brian. 19:48 The meeting's adjourned, Nick. 19:50 Yeah, it's not on the minutes anymore. I got things done.
