Use the service in good faith
Be a neighbor. Don't submit harassment, hate, illegal content, spam, or impersonation. Publishers review every submission and may reject anything for any reason.
Posts and ads
You keep the rights to what you submit. By submitting, you grant us and your town's publisher permission to publish it in the weekly newsletter and on the town's page on OurWeek.in.
Refunds
Paid post boosts and sponsorships are best-effort. If we can't run your paid post for any reason, we'll refund you. Recurring sponsorships can be cancelled any time from the billing portal — no refunds for the current week.
No warranty
We try our best to be reliable, but the service is provided as-is. We can't guarantee delivery to every inbox or every phone.
