===== page 1 ===== MINUTES OF EXECUTIVE SESSION The Common Council for the City of Marion met in executive session on March 17, 2026, at 6:03 p.m., in the Council Chambers, City Hall, pursuant to I.-C. § 5-14- 1.5-6.1(b)(4) to conduct interviews and negotiations with an industrial and/or commercial prospect. Members present: Brian Cowgill, David Cain, Jeffrey Reyes, Gary Fordyce, Jim Brunner, Mike Cline, Andy Whitton, Erika Devine. Members absent: Eric Marshall. Others present: Justin Pangburn, Prysmian; Kathy Mussio, Atlas Insight; Joe Murphy, Economic Development Director; Mayor Ronald Morrell, Jr.; Andy Mouser, Baker Tilly; Matt Georgas, Baker Tilly; Chris Greisl, Barnes & Thornburg; Martin A. Harker, City Council Attorney. Pursuant to ILC. § 5-14-1.5-6.1(d), the Common Council for the City of Marion certifies that no subject matter was discussed in the executive session other than the subject matter specified in the public notice.
