===== page 1 ===== MINUTES OF EXECUTIVE SESSION The Common Council for the City of Marion met in executive session on April 21, 2026, at 6:02 p.m., in the Council Chambers, City Hall, pursuant to I.C. § 5-14-1.5- 6.1(b)(4) to conduct interviews and negotiations with an industrial and/or commercial prospect. Members present: Brian Cowgill, David Cain, Gary Fordyce, Mike Cline, Andy Whitton, Erika Devine, Jim Brunner (6:40), Jeffrey Reyes (6:50). Members absent: Eric Marshall Others present: Joe Murphy, Economic Development Director; Andy Mouser, Baker Tilly; Chris Greisl, Barnes & Thornburg; Jake Bates, BW Development, LLC; Martin A. Harker, City Council Attorney. Pursuant to I.C. § 5-14-1.5-6.1(d), the Common Council for the City of Marion certifies that no subject matter was discussed in the executive session other than the subject matter specified in the public notice.
