An ordinance of the Common Council of the City of Marion, Indiana, authorizing the issuance of the City of

issuance of the City of Marion, Indiana Taxable Revenue Bonds series 2026B (Boots Street Project) and

Executive summary: The City Council previously approved a Project Agreement with BW Development for the
development and construction of a certain multi-family development on the Project Site. BW Development

City Bodies plan to issue certain taxable economic development revenue Bonds to support the Project.
